We are excited to welcome you to Cross Water Ranch. This place has a special place in our hearts, and we hope it will hold fond memories for you too!

From farmhouse tables and benches to yard games and everything in between, we've thought of it all so you don't have to. 

We've got everything you need!

Pricing

Venue Use

A nonrefundable deposit of $850 is required to reserve a requested date. This deposit covers the cost of all day (10am to 10pm) use of the venue.

Additional Hours

Events can be extended to up to midnight. The first additional hour is $50 and the second is $100. 

Alcohol

If you plan to have alcohol served, a fee of $50 will be added to your invoice. Due to Utah law, you are required to have a licensed bartender serving at your event. We also require you to have event insurance.  

Rentals

We want our couples to choose exactly what they need for their big day. Everything you need from furniture to the little details for your table can be found in our rentals catalog. Just let us know what you need and we'll send you a quote! You can access that page here.

Photography

Our owner, Faith, has 5+ years of experience as a photographer! Take a look at her pricing guide here. If you decide to book her as your photographer, you'll receive a 10% discount on her photography pricing.

FAQ'S

Q:What do we do for power?

A: We have a power outlets near the grounds of the venue. 

Q: Are there bathrooms at the ranch?

A: We do not have bathrooms. Couples are responsible for finding their own bathroom facility. You can refer to our Preferred Vendors list for our recommendations!

Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?

A: Absolutely! We have an alcohol fee of $50. Due to Utah Law you will be required to have a licensed bartender serving. We also require some form of insurance if alcohol is served at your event. We have a few recommendations for bartending services in our Preferred Vendors list.

Q: Can we set up the day before?

A: If there is not an event already scheduled before your's, yes! You'll need to notify the Event Coordinator you want to start your set up sooner. A fee of $50 / hour will be charged for day before set up.
